Raw Material
In southwest China, including Yunnan, Guizhou and Sichuan, a large number of girls in the mountainous regions still get used to wearing long hair. Before attending high school, most of them choose to cut off their hair and sell it to hair collectors in exchange for a few hundred RMB to improve their families livelihoods.
Seatimes has two sourcing routes: 1. The company's merchandisers go to the origins of raw materials to collect braids; 2. Small dealers go to the villages and streets to collect braids, these braids are sorted by big dealers and then sent to our factory by large suppliers who have long-term relationships with Seatimes. After each batch of braids comes into our factory, they are sorted according to color, hair quality, length, and other factors before production to become raw materials for Jewish wigs and hair extensions products, then the braids are cleaned and the hair quality is confirmed before entering the warehouse.

We know that each braid is purely natural and hard to come by, so each step in the production process requires more care. Seatimes people firmly believe that a good product is the accumulation of details. When hackling hair, falling hair is never allowed to pick up; when bleaching and dyeing, flipping should be gentle; when ironing, the temperature is low... Seatimes has five times washing test (raw materials, bleaching and dyeing, colored hair bulk, finished products, double-check before shipment) & three times QC (raw materials, colored hair, finished products) system, so that we can ensure each piece of hair product is qualified and authentic.
